I receive an "GetAutorization Error -14: RESTRICTION FILE BAD CRC" and the license wizard is asking for an enormous number credits to make up the deficit (KB891)

A. LonMaker Workaround (DOS Commands):
1.     Go to a DOS Prompt
To enter a DOS prompt,  press keyboard Window key + R, or go to the Windows Start > Run and type "cmd" for Win XP and Win 2000, or "command" for Win 98 and then press the OK button.  
2.     Change to the LNS License directory
         c:
         cd \windows\LNS Licenses
3.     Delete the lonmaker.* files
        c:\Windows\LNS Licenses>dir /ah
                Check if you see any lonmaker.* files
        c:\Windows\LNS Licenses>del lonmaker.* /ah
        c:\Windows\LNS Licenses>dir /ah
                Make sure you don't see any lonmaker.* files
4.      Order a replacement license and ask for the number of credits you believe were lost, KB545

For urgent requests, put URGENT in the email subject and send email directly to edge.support@enocean.com.
Note: If you can't find the files in step A.3 then check the entire hard drive using the following DOS commands
     cd \
     dir lonmaker.* /s /ah

2.     Change to the LNS License directory

        cd \windows\LNS Licenses
3.     Delete the nsseng.* files
        c:\Windows\LNS Licenses>dir /ah
                Check if you see any nsseng.* files
        c:\Windows\LNS Licenses>del nsseng.* /ah
        c:\Windows\LNS Licenses>dir /ah
                Make sure you don't see any nsseng.* files
4.       Follow FAQ 5 in the LonMaker License FAQ and ask for the number of credits you believe were lost. FAQ
 
Note: If you can't find the files in step B.3 then check the entire hard drive using the following DOS commands
    cd \
    dir nsseng.* /s /ah
