- If the license wizard is reported offline (but the computer has otherwise internet access), there might be an issue with the computer's clock or time zone. In the Control Panel- Date and Time, select Change Date and Time, confirm it is correct and press OK, then Select Change Time Zone, confirm it is correct and press OK.
- The Echelon License Wizard requires TLS 1.0/1.1 which might not be enabled on the computer. To change the TLS setting, type "Internet options" in the Windows menu search box. Under Best match, click Internet Options. In the Internet Properties window, on the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Security section. Check the appropriate "Use TLS 1.x" checkbox and click OK.
