The application buffers are too small.
If Request/Response service type is being used, note that Responses are constructed in the application INPUT buffers. This applies to all network management messages using request/response and all responses sent by the application (for example if the application is using application messages). Unfortunately, such a request is honoured even though it overwrites the buffer, and this could cause the device to fail.
