How to create an account in EnOcean Support
You can create an account for the EnOcean support portal to view and track all support tickets belonging to you and your organization.
To prevent automated registrations, the portal does not offer open self-registration.
Instead, an account is created for you as soon as you contact our support team:
1. Send an email to support@enocean.com - this automatically creates an account for you.
2. Go to https://support.enocean.com and use the password reset link on the login page to set your password.
3. Log in with your email address and new password.
