If the installation of Izot CT or Izot Net Server reports to be interrupted, you can try to install OpenLDV 5.1 separately from
OpenLDV Network Driver - LON Portal - EnOcean Edge Documentation and Software Downloads Portal (atlassian.net)
Please try running the setup with the Run as Administrator (right-click Run as Administrator) and check the Windows Event viewer for errors raised during the installation if that does not work.
Remember to remove the U10 or U20 USB network interfaces from the computer when installing. If the U10 or U20 is plugged in while installing the software then you will need to unplug the U10 or U20, uninstall OpenLV and then re-install OpenLDV. Otherwise the software will install but may not fully work.
If the installation of OpenLDV 5.1 rollbacks, it might be possible to install by preventing the rollback from the installer. I had a couple of customers with some unexplained issues, and preventing the rollback from the installation seemed to fix the issue for them.
Prevent Rollback using Local Group Policy Editor
· Press Windows Key + R to open Run dialog box.
· Type gpedit.msc and press Enter to open the Local Group Policy Editor.
· Navigate the following registry key:
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Installer
· Double click on Prohibit rollback from the right pane.
· The Prohibit rollback window will be opened, set the policy to Enable.
· Click Apply then click OK.
· Close the Registry Editor.
· Restart your computer to apply the change.
